Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of an LC and department strategies;
  • Enabling the goal achievement of AIESEC in Moscow for the term period;
  • Participation in EB Meetings;
  • Work with managers and team leaders, both in terms of functional and personal development;
  • Engagement in recruitments;
  • Provision of education to members of LC Moscow;
  • Moscow Pride culture development and conveying to LC members;
  • Preparation and realization of transition to successors;
  • Budget planning and reporting;
  • Participation in all national conferences;
  • Help in organizing local conferences;
  • Quarterly present reports to FM board on the department’s progress;
  • Report at the end of the year report to FM board;
  • Communicate with other LCs in AiR, other entities, and AiR MC team;
  • AIESEC in Moscow external and internal positioning.
  • Stay in Moscow for the whole duration of the term, apart from the 2-weeks vacation and national holidays

Term duration: 1 February 2023 - 31 August 2024
with the possibility of promotion to VP.

Working hours 30+ hours per week
Be available from 9am to 23pm

1. In Google Spreadsheets, perform analytics of the 21.22 MKT&PR term and similar functionals in the past 3 terms. Make sure to include Opens, Open-APPL and Open-ACC %CRs, and referrals. What trends do you see? What do you want to change?
2. What can we learn from other LCs? Talk to at least 3 VP MKT from other LCs and make conclusions
3. What channels of attraction will you focus on next term, why? Which ones have not yet been activated? How do you plan to work with them?
4. How will you make sure that every Gala Night we get awards for best MoRV, MEwA, MBD synergies? With what departments and for what purposes will you have synergies? What are the responsibilities of MKT&PR within each one?

1. Using Google Spreadsheets, perform an analysis of the 21-22, and 22-23 terms (prior to April). Look closely at the trends in the funnel, conversion rates, and countries of approval. What trends do you see? Which fields were the most popular among our EPs, why?
2. What is the value of GT products for youth in the present times Russia? What points of sale will you focus your EPs on?
3. Perform a risk-management analysis for the 23-24 term. Think EPs’ safety, communication with IR, government relations, war escalation, etc.
4. What structure do you propose to have in your department? Create a map with job design for TLs and members. (Keep in mind that GT has both GTa and GTe products)
5. Make an analysis of international relations for the terms 21-22 and 22-23 (be sure to consult with oGT managers and VPs for their GCPs and BCPs). How was IR structured? Whom would you approach for IR in the current situation, and why?
6. Suggest at least three channels of SUs for each field. Explain each field’s relevance for Moscow’s youth. (Be sure to include GTe and oVPP)
7. How will you achieve a ‘new day - new approval’ level of stability? Be creative!

5. Propose a department structure for the next term that will work towards the financial stability of the department and the LC.

2. Think of 3 or more events AIESEC could attend to attract/recruit potential EPs on RV projects. What is the profile of an RV participant?
3. What is the value proposition of RV for youth in Moscow? How can you reflect that in the department’s culture? What culture would you like to have in the department? How will you drive it?

1. Create Start-Stop-Continue of EwA initiatives preparation in our LC of 2 last peaks.

LC VP Innovations
1. Give your own reasoning why Moscow Pride may need a VP Innovations that works on new initiatives not run by other departments. What potential initiatives could you work on with this position? Make sure that your ideas can not be tied to existing AIESEC products.
2. Make a research on how to boost innovation in organisations, present a list of tactics that you can realise in your term and assign a MoS/KPIs to each of them. Explain your choice.
3. Other than creating new products, you could help create innovative approaches to existing AIESEC products. Create a list of synergies that you will have with other VPs and write down topics that you could work on together.
4. Make an analysis of latest innovative projects in our LC (EwA initiatives like ASAP & Summer Retreat, the Кавказский заповедник oRV project, Gen Eco as the first iRV project in Moscow with a mixed LV/RV realisation, online IR-projects, Brand manager in MKT&PR, LeadYourself & LevelUp courses) & analyse current innovative initiatives (Innovations manager's initiatives, the Finance Excel course, a sales team in BD, a common B2B LC e-mail & logistics target, the Nizhny Novgorod ambassadors program, oVPP, new BD timeline, H4TF). Make conclusions on the effectiveness & outcomes of past initiatives & make suggestions on how you could influence current/developing initiatives.
5. Create a questionnaire and hold 5 interviews with Aumni & current AIESECers of Moscow Pride. In your questionnaire include questions about: innovative ideas & initiatives that were not implemented, why were they not realised; whether the LC needs a separate VP Innovations to help with new projects & new approaches to existing products in our LC, why yes / why not.
6. Suggest your department structure for the summer peak. Include JD for everyone. Explain your choices
